Cancellation Policy

Scope

This Cancellation Policy applies to:

• One-time purchases made via our online store at www.pulehcare.com.

• Recurring subscription orders (if applicable) for products offered by PulehCare.

Cancelling a One-Time Order

• You may request cancellation of a one-time order before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp including your order number.

• Once the order has been packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

• If cancellation is approved before shipping, any payment made will be refunded (minus any payment gateway fees, if applicable) or credited as store credit, at our option.

Cancelling a Subscription Order

If you subscribe to a recurring shipment or payment plan:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future orders from being generated.

• To avoid the next shipment, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery/renewal date.

• If the order has already been processed or shipped at the time of cancellation request, the cancellation will not affect that shipment — you may either accept and return the shipment (if eligible) or proceed with the product as delivered.

• There are no additional cancellation fees for ending your subscription, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

• Reason for cancellation

• Contact details

We will respond to your request and confirm whether the cancellation is accepted.

Refunds after Cancellation

• If a cancellation request is made before the product is dispatched and payment was made, we will refund the amount through your original payment method (or issue store credit) within 7-14 working days.

• If the product has already been shipped or delivered, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and processing of returns.

Changes to This Policy

PulehCare reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website and will be clearly marked with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
