Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At PulehCare, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand by the quality of our skincare and health products and aim to ensure a smooth and trusted shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process — in line with Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number) must be provided.
  • The product must not fall under the non-returnable categories below.

Non-returnable items (for hygiene & safety reasons):

  • Skincare, supplements, or consumable products that have been opened, used, or unsealed.
  • Products damaged due to negligence, misuse, or improper storage.
  • Items marked as “Clearance,” “Sale,” “Bundle Deal,” or “Gift Set.”

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund (depending on availability and case evaluation).

Please provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the affected item(s) and packaging
  • Your order number and contact details

How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide the return shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or wrong item sent).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds are made via your original payment method or as store credit.
  • Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect orders.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different variant), please contact us before returning the original item.
Exchanges are subject to:

  • Stock availability, and
  • Applicable delivery fees.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
  • For health and skincare products, we strictly enforce hygiene standards to protect all customers.
  • PulehCare reserves the right to update this policy at any time, in accordance with applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.
