Shipping Policy

Shipping Regions & Eligibility

  • We ship to addresses within Malaysia (West Malaysia & East Malaysia).

  • For international orders, please contact us directly for availability and shipping options.

  • Orders must be placed via our website pulehcare.com with a valid delivery address.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Standard shipping fee: West Malaysia – RM 6.00; East Malaysia – RM 14.00.

  • Free shipping applies for orders with a minimum spend of RM 100 (before shipping & taxes).

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Order Processing Time

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation, excluding public holidays.

  • Please note that during sales or promotional periods processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time Estimate

  • West Malaysia: estimated delivery within 2–7 working days after dispatch.

  • East Malaysia: estimated delivery within 3–10 working days after dispatch.

  • These estimates are provided by our courier partners and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, remote areas, courier delays).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp containing a tracking number and courier details.

  • You can track your package via the courier’s website/app using the tracking number provided.

Address Accuracy & Risk

  • Please ensure your delivery address, contact number and recipient name are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.

  • Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you once the parcel is handed over to the courier service.

Failed Delivery, Returns to Sender & Redelivery

  • If delivery fails due to no one at the address, refusal to accept parcel, wrong address, etc., the parcel may be returned to us (ā€œReturn to Senderā€).

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery or re-shipping to a corrected address.

  • If you choose to cancel after a return to sender, any refund will be subject to deduction of outbound shipping cost plus return shipping cost where applicable.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your parcel is lost, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

  • Provide your order number, photos (if damaged) and any courier tracking details. We will work with the courier to investigate and arrange a refund or replacement as per our return/refund policy.

Special Circumstances

  • Delays may occur during high-volume sales, public holidays (e.g., Deepavali, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya), or courier disruptions—please allow extra time.

  • Some remote areas or islands may incur additional delivery time or surcharges; if this applies we will notify you in advance where possible.
